The End of Danse Macabre, Project Renegade Update, & More...
First thing's first: I want to thank everyone who has donated to or shared the GoFundMe for Perry's cataract removal surgery. If you follow me on socials you've probably already seen the news...
He’s doing great! I’ll be posting another update sometime Wednesday, since his post op appointment is scheduled for then. If you’re interested in reading more about Perry or you want to donate/share the GoFundMe, here’s the link.
In writing-related news, I just posted the last episode of my latest Kindle Vella release, Danse Macabre: The Dubailte Curse Book 2. With that story officially complete, I’m going to start work on Book 3 shortly. If you’ve been supporting my work on Vella, I appreciate it! It’s a great platform for sharing shorter works quickly and the pay is good too. If you haven’t kept up with my work on Kindle Vella, or if you live outside the U.S., would you be interested in an eBook/paperback version of The Dubailte Curse? It’s very different from the Wolfe & Vaughn/Project Renegade series, but if there’s enough interest I’d be willing to explore that option. I’ll leave a screencap of Book 1’s description so you can check it out, and let me know on socials if it’s something you’d read in “real book” form:
Lastly, I’m past the halfway point of the first draft of Project Renegade, and I’ve posted a couple of cool things recently that will give you a better idea of the book’s themes/overall plot, without giving too much away. Check out this Reel on my Instagram for the book’s aesthetic, and this one for the first line.
That’s all for now! I hope you’re all having a great start to spring, and I’m looking forward to sharing more of my work when I’m able.
